Westpoint Sustainable Community Development is a registered charity with the objective of promoting social inclusion among individuals from the Somali community and other black and minority ethnic groups residing in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Westminster. The organization specifically targets those who experience social exclusion due to their ethnic origin or social and economic circumstances.
Our organization is driven by a passionate commitment to creating positive change for disadvantaged, underprivileged, and underrepresented individuals, groups, and communities. We are dedicated to promoting social inclusion, empowering the community, and providing better opportunities for individuals to reach their full potential and become role models within their communities. Together, we strive to make a difference and build a brighter future for all.
